The mini saj: it works by simply placing it on your stovetop – it is compatible with gas or induction stovetops! *kindly place on your smallest burner to avoid warping* 

The spatula: also doubles as a hook to handle your saj while hot. 

The travel pouch: inverting this pouch turns it into a “tara”, the traditional pillow on which the dough is stretched then flipped onto the saj. 

The maintenance manual: which also contains teta’s dough recipe for you to enjoy the fresh aromas of your home from wherever you are!

This version of our mini saj is crafted from waxed and pre-seasoned carbon steel. This means our artisans have already created an initial layer of the natural non-stick coating that this material is known to develop over time. This step adds an extra layer of protection to the carbon steel, while the waxed surface provides additional assurance that your saj will arrive in perfect condition during transit. Rest assured, we use beeswax, which is completely food-safe and actually helps enhance the seasoning of your mini saj.
