The handle: This jack of all trades is a triple threat! Not only is it used to move the sizzling saj around,
it is also a rolling pin to flatten your dough, and a spatula to scoop up your delicious creations.

The travel pouch: Used as a handy storage bag for your kit, it can also be slid atop your suitcase
handle for easy travel! It also boasts a hidden feature; simply invert inside-out to unveil the tara, a
traditional pillow used to flip the dough onto your hot saj.

smoothly, it also contains Teta’s favorite dough recipe for you to enjoy the delicious aromas of a freshly
baked manoushe wherever you are!
